Committee
3: HVRA reports -- see what your Board has been up to for the past 6 months
4: Councillor Adam Vaughan will give a "State of the Union"
5: Special discussion by the membership - a debate on the topic
“that the Harbord Village Residents’ Association would prefer, after all
other avenues have been fully explored, that the city use its new powers
of taxation to raise revenue rather than make substantial reductions to
public services.”
